This role is the driving force behind achieving budgeted central trade sales revenue, volume, and yield for key attractions and channels.
You'll take ownership of strategic sales accounts—directly and indirectly—ensuring every opportunity is maximized for success.

You'll train and develop your direct reports to excel in delivering results across the full spectrum of trade accounts, shaping a culture of excellence and innovation in central trade sales.
Key Objectives & ResponsibilitiesStrategic Collaborate with the Regional Trade Sales Director to create and execute a regional trade strategy aligned with global goals and market needs.Develop sales strategies for key accounts to achieve mutual sales and marketing benefits.Commercial Achieve central trade revenue, volume, and yield targets for assigned attractions/territories.Monitor and optimize trade performance, implementing tactical activations to align with budget goals.Manage up to 10 strategic accounts directly and collaborate with direct reports to drive sales growth.Develop annual trade pricing matrices and negotiate effective pricing and commissions to balance revenue and cost efficiencies.Identify new market opportunities and support emerging routes to market.Guide trade efforts for new openings via strategic partner negotiations.Communication Provide weekly sales updates and forecasts to senior leadership, highlighting successes and challenges.Collaborate on and review annual pricing strategies and monthly adjustments to align with market dynamics.Prepare monthly sales insights focused on key clients, markets, and distribution channels.Partner with the Global Head of Trade Marketing to align strategic account communications with approved budgets.Represent trade sales in monthly Business Reviews at attraction or cluster levels.Resource Management Recruit, train, and develop direct reports to maximize revenue and ensure efficient cost management.Oversee team expenditures to align with business goals and budget.Amplify consumer marketing through partner activations within agreed ROI parameters.Build succession plans through skill development and training of direct reports.Stakeholder Management Ensure transparent reporting to key stakeholders, including Regional Trade Sales Director, Global Trade Strategy Director, Divisional Directors, General Managers, and Sales & Marketing Directors.Qualifications & ExperienceEssential:
Proven ability to manage and develop sales growth to an agreed budgetHave minimum 3+ years management in commercial salesA strong commercial acumen and in depth ability to report with accuracy in business EnglishProven ability to manage, motivate and develop a matrix level of field based sales managersProficient use of Excel to create and update reports and work with large data sets to draw insight fromStrong interpersonal skills and being able to adapt style to different environmentsBe an excellent communicator and influencerBudgeting and financial management experiencePassionate and driven individual, who can demonstrate their enthusiasm for sales and people leadershipA data driven, proactive and creative approach to problem solvingFlexibility in adapting to fast-changing priorities and fast paced work environmentStrong organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and hit the ground running within a hands on roleThrive on ownership and accountability – and have a proven track record of acting on own initiative to deliver growth and changeRecommended:
