Digital Waffle has partnered with a Full Service Marketing Consultancy who are opening a new office in London and now requires a Head of People to lead the cultural growth of a brand new office.
The remit will cover everything from the HR strategy to culture, engagement, talent, and development then this is the role for you.
Managing a small team, you will support the CEO to maintain a people-focused and progressive business as well as build infrastructure in line with the company's growth plans.
Growth plans include adding 20 heads over the course of 2025 - you will also be involved in the resourcing of candidates through both direct & agency routes.
Culture & brand building will be a large part of this role.
A track record of helping grow a vibrant, inclusive & multicultural office is highly sought after.
