P2P Manager Media London Hybrid £70,000 - £80,000 DOE Altum Consulting are proud to be partnering with a global, award-winning media business in their search for a P2P Manager.
You will play a critical role in driving process improvements, streamlining operations, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
As P2P Manager, you will be responsible for managing AP, Procurement and Expenses processes across the group.
This role will help drive the transformation agenda across P2P.
This will include review of current processes and systems with a view to process standardisation, re-engineering, continuous improvement, utilising new technology and automation.
It will also involve mentoring and managing the staff to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities: Execution of standard controls in accounts payable and travel and expenses in conjunction with Group Head of Compliance Ensure that procurement processes within the group are adhered too and that they link to the accounts payable and travel and expenses processes Ensure the complete, accurate and timely accounting of payable transactions (managing invoice to payment process) and timely reconciliation of Sub-ledger to General Ledger Ensure the complete, accurate and timely reconciliation of vendor accounts Ensure the complete, accurate and timely accounting of the travel expense transactions (from managing travel expense claims to payment proposal, including credit card balance sheet accounts) Qualifications and Experience: 5+ years P2P experience Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks with a high level of difficulty.
Comfortable working in a demanding fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline driven department.
