Job Title: Graduate Analyst (People & Culture) Location: London, UK Salary: £30,000 Start Date: January 2025 Programme End Date: 27 March 2026 About the role: We are seeking a passionate and driven Graduate to join our People and Culture Team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while contributing to the development of our company culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Recruitment Support : Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Onboarding : Help coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing induction materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
Employee Engagement : Support the HR team in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
Learning & Development : Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and development programs, and manage the associated administrative tasks.
HR Administration : Maintain and update employee records, prepare HR documentation, and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
HR Projects : Participate in various HR projects and initiatives to support the strategic goals of the HR department and the organization.
Compliance : Assist with maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations, ensuring all HR practices adhere to best practices.
Requirements Skills and Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational Skills : Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Team Player : A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and support team members.
Proactive Attitude : Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges.
Tech Savvy : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new HR systems and software.
