Department Overview: The Reward team is a key part of the Human Resources division, with a team of experts across Compensation, Benefits, Global Mobility, and People Analytics. The Reward function is divided into 2 teams, Reward Advisory & Analytics and Reward Products. The Reward Products group manage our Benefits, Global Mobility, and Equity and Deferred Compensation offerings.
Job Description: Reporting into the Global Head of Reward, the Global Head of Reward Products will have overall responsibility for both driving strategy for all Reward Products and being accountable for the day-to-day responsibilities of the teams.
