As the central point of contact for the energy trading division, you will provide comprehensive support on legal projects and complex issues at the interface between energy law and energy trading, including:Advising the trading business on all legal aspects of its operational and strategic business, both national and international.
Advising on trading activities in commodities (including power, gas, hydrogen and H2 derivatives) and the transport of these commodities - power, gas, coal, LNG and transport capacity.
Drafting long-term contracts, PPAs and related products such as batteries and storage, and direct to market contractsAdvising on energy market regulation and banking supervisory issues relevant to energy tradingTrade finance issues Überzeugendes Profil Convincing Profile Fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) in the predicate areaMinimum of 5 years post qualification experience (PQE) in English law or a common law jurisdiction(Initial) international trade experienceAlongside your legal studies, you have a great curiosity about our internal clients' issuesYou are a go-getter who can drive matters forward.
