You will be joining our commercial team who focus on and work across a variety of aspects within the product lifecycle including activities such as product trends & performance, buying new products from third party brands and also ensuring their stock has been replenished online in the right volumes, at the right price, in the right places at the right times.
This role will see you doing this for our online platforms as well as in-store.With the increased demand in online purchasing, this is your opportunity to own a product area and build out a commercial strategy for the future growth of products.Salary: £22k + 20% discount across all group brands and Everlast GymsStart date: Immediate with on-going intakes regularly throughout 2021 and 2022Location: Shirebrook HQWhat will you be doing?Continue to expand our existing categories by introducing new products and building relationships with our third party brands such as Nike, Under Armour, Calvin Klein and Hugo Boss.Meet with well renowned and up and coming brands to discover new categories.Analysing market trends to stay at the forefront of online buying.Continuously look to develop our digital innovation within our online purchasing functions and across the wider business.Coordinate with different teams to ensure sales optimisation through analysing previous trends in consumer purchasing behaviour.Regularly reviewing the best performing products and ensuring we are maximising the products potential via stock or marketing suggestions.Ensure that our brand product catalogues are as up to date, removing discontinued lines and refreshing where necessary.Analysing the commercial performance of our products and updating the ordering budgets accordingly to be reviewed.In the role you will be constantly looking to expand our e-commerce offering, this could be anything from sports equipment such as tennis rackets through to garden equipment such as paddling pools and trampolines, the scope in the role is huge and that is why we are looking for self-motivated candidates who want to take ownership of categories to maximise their potential and market growth.Who are you?A passion for retail and someone who wants to work in a consumer led product based organisation.Someone who enjoys identifying trends or is passionate about spotting new product opportunities.Someone who wants to make the most out of opportunities in the market, ensuring we capitalise on those products and brands whilst also helping us be the first-to-market.At Frasers Group we pride ourselves in our flat structure & environment, allowing you to progress your career at the speed and in the direction that you desire.
