What you'll do
This role is responsible for supporting and streamlining the reporting processes for Vodafone Shared Service (VSOL) entities under the Commercial Shared Services organisations (CSO) governance. You will be:
Responsible for performing monthly Actuals and Budgeting and forecasting activities.
Detailed analysis in the areas of HC, Opex, Efficiency, Recharges (Inbound and Outbound)
Consolidation of Budgets, Forecasts and long-Range Planning
Preparation of projected financial statements (Balance Sheet/Cash Flow)
Understanding the VSOL Recharges to Customers and provide the profitability view necessary for detailed analysis.
Understand the Organization strategy and provide guidance to the Finance Business partners during the budgeting and forecasting exercises.
Ensure the adequate support is available through the financial tool – Anaplan / or the tool as per the project management decisions.
Ensure the submissions are complete on time with detailed analysis available through the various walks that are part of the submissions, and Demand & Efficiency submissions are complete and aligned with the guidance provided
Build effective relationship with cross functional teamsand have regular communication channels.
Who you are
Finance professional with 8 to 12 years of experience
Strong stakeholder management experience
Experience of managing internal and external leadership expectations in a global environment to ensure delivery meets all stakeholder expectations.
Relationship building and managing Escalation.
Conflict resolution
Certified accountant or equivalent international qualification
SOX, IFRS, SAP knowledge
Presentation skills
Educated to degree level, Masters/MBA (desirable), ACCA/CIMA or equivalent

Yearly bonus: 10%
