National Account Manager - Foodservice & Wholesale 1 day per week in Slough (Hybrid Role)
Up to £50k,attractive share options + 20% bonus

With a focus on delivering delicious, healthy, and sustainable snacks, this B Corp-certified business is looking for a dynamic National Account Manager to lead their foodservice and wholesale growth, while contributing to their mission to make the planet—and snacking—better.

Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue through foodservice and wholesale channels.
? Build powerful relationships with buyers and customer teams, presenting the key benefits of the brand.
? Identify and secure new ranging opportunities while supporting the launch of exciting NPD.
? Deliver excellent customer service and create mutually beneficial business plans.
? Analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
? Successfully onboard new accounts and strengthen existing partnerships.
? Represent the brand at key trade shows and industry events, driving brand awareness.
? A proven track record in FMCG sales, with experience in foodservice or wholesale accounts.
? Account Management Expertise - Proven ability to develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets.
Experience managing foodservice and wholesale accounts, such as Bidfood, Brakes, or regional wholesalers.
? Relationship Building - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build powerful relationships with buyers and customer teams.
Ability to present the brand benefits effectively and work collaboratively with clients to create mutual value.
? Analytical Thinking - Skilled in analysing account performance and using insights to develop actionable strategies.
Commercially savvy with a strong understanding of P&L management.
? Promotional Planning - Ability to lead end-user distribution initiatives, including promotional planning, in-store activations, and sampling events.
? FMCG Experience - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the foodservice or wholesale sector within FMCG.
? A valid UK driving license to accommodate travel requirements.
