This is an exciting opportunity to join a top-tier team that specialises in handling large-scale projects internationally.The RoleThis role involves advising on a range of energy and infrastructure finance matters, including both brownfield and greenfield financings.Working with a diverse client base of international sponsors, developers, and banks, you'll handle complex UK and cross-border transactions across sectors such as renewables, social infrastructure, transport, and emerging energy projects.
Collaborating with other teams of lawyers – in corporate, construction, disputes, regulatory, planning, and real estate - will be a core part of your work.The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for qualified lawyers with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in energy and infrastructure finance, and experience of advising lenders, sponsors, investors, developers, and borrowers.
