Finance Director - Sales & Aftermarket

Job Description Finance Director – Sales & Aftermarket – John Crane (Slough) NOTE - Engineering & Or Manufacturing experience is essential for this role As the Finance Director, Sales and Aftermarket, you will have responsibility to lead all financial matters including strategic planning, commercial oversight and general financial market intelligence supporting the commercial organisation.
You will work directly for the CFO and play a key leadership role and advisor to the DVP, Sales and Aftermarket providing finance, strategic, and commercial oversight.
The individual will be a key contributor to the development and execution of a future state vision that aligns with strategic growth objectives, supporting delivery of the five-year strategic roadmap for the commercial organisation.
This achieved through alignment to new product development, marketing excellence, customer operations and service delivery through the reliability, quality, and performance of our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: • Drives financial decision to deliver on the core strategy of the Sales and Aftermarket Organisation, including financial models and proposals for commercial investment decisions.
