Role Overview:
We are seeking a collaborative lawyer and/or family law mediator with proven success in reaching amicable resolutions. The successful candidate will join our dynamic team and play a key role in addressing and resolving all client concerns in a mutually beneficial way.
Key Responsibilities: Utilise collaborative law and mediation techniques to reach amicable resolutions for clients.Tailor strategies to meet client objectives and resolve concerns effectively.Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanour with both team members and clients.Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in addressing client concerns.Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, at all levels within the firm and with clients.Uphold professional responsibility and accountability, ensuring a first-class service is provided.Utilise strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and working in a paperless environment.Prioritise tasks effectively and remain resilient and solution-led when faced with setbacks.Uphold the firm's reputation for excellence, maintaining empathy, understanding, and efficiency in all tasks.Remain self-motivated with a strong work ethic, inspiring achievement within the team. Requirements: Extensive private family law experience.Proven success in collaborative law and/or family law mediation.Commercial awareness and understanding of the legal market.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in addressing client concerns.Resilience, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Empathy, understanding, and efficiency in client interactions.Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
