Position Overview: Themis Recruit are seeking experienced partners with a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience to join our clients thriving practice.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background family law, with a proven track record of working with high net worth clients.

Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of high net worth and ultra high net worth clients, providing expert legal advice and representation.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.
Bring a substantial client following and actively contribute to the growth of the firm's client base.
Collaborate with colleagues to share expertise and provide comprehensive legal solutions.
Contribute to the firm's visibility and reputation through participation in legal directories such as Legal 500, Chambers, and Spears.
Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in private client and family law.
Recognized by Legal 500, Chambers, or Spears as a leading practitioner in the field.
Demonstrated experience working with high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals.
A strong client following and a proactive approach to business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
