Position: Family Engagement Manager As Family Engagement Manager, you will manage the prison Visit Centre, focusing on family visit catering services, play sessions for children during family visits, and family-focused interventions such as homework clubs, special visits, and themed family days. You will support families' access to secure video visits, liaising with colleagues in the Visits Centre.
About You: To be successful in this role, you will have a demonstrable capacity to coordinate a broad service, as well as experience and understanding of working with families in a challenging multi-agency environment, ideally involving prisoners and/or their families. You will possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a demanding workload. Additionally, you should contribute to the planning and development of Pact's family work and have knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build partnerships with a range of agencies are essential.
