TasksManage and optimise the performance of distributors for an intravenous hardware manufacturer based in Italy.Source and onboard new distributors.Requirements5+ years international medical sales experience.Distributor management experience.Continuous improvement mindset and willingness for frequent travel.BenefitsYou determine your own work rhythm; however, results need to be strong.€40-60K per annum plus commissions and bonuses.This is a new role as part of an ambitious multinational team based out of Italy and living across Europe.We need a highly energetic medical sales pro who is going to inspire distributors to promote our brands and who will lead in terms of hospital account acquisition strategy, promotion, and customer support.
