This is a Hybrid Working role with a requirement to attend our Farringdon office, with flexibility required in line with business needs.

Join a team that is solely focused on improving our proposition to thousands of account customers, from SMEs exporting for the first time to major e-commerce firms with established overseas markets.
About the role
• You'll analyse weekly, monthly, quarterly and year on year customer performance to allow targeted activity to capitalise on opportunities and mitigate threats to export account revenue.
• You'll produce actionable reports on performance of Sales unit as whole and at campaign level.
• You'll produce material for Sales engagement sessions including with MD Sales, Sales leaders and production of Sales scorecard with appropriate insightful commentary.
• As Export Sales Analyst you'll regularly review Sales pipeline and develop and improve measures to more quickly convert deals.
• You'll carry out a mix of regular and ad hoc sales analysis in response to regular and specific business requirements.
• Work closely with Sales Information Team to produce and improve available data, using data and trend analysis to identify and propose upsell/cross sell opportunities.
About you
To truly excel in the role, you will possess the necessary skills and experience listed below –
• Highly numerate and able to model various customer and sales scenarios.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong ability to use multiple reporting tools.
• Able to produce actionable data led analysis and insight to drive focused activity across a 350 strong salesforce.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Able to produce regular cadence reporting and analysis and proactively improve format, content etc whilst drawing conclusions from data that allow more effective sales engagement.
• Knowledge and experience of International products and RM Sales/commercial ways of working and reporting systems is advantageous.
• Highly motivated with willingness to take action, and own their own performance.
