Role: Within this Recruitment Consultant position, you will be joining an existing team of 12 and working a freelance desk within a niche industry.
You must be confident in speaking with people at all levels, to win new business and additionally have strong questioning and listening skills to gain a full understanding of the needs of all parties, ultimately to ensure consistent success.
** You will be expected to meet with hiring managers across the region, so it's essential that you a driver with your own vehicle.
** Responsibilities: Proactively source new business opportunities and generate leads Work towards weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs Attract and place candidates into appropriate vacancies, offering advice and coaching from application to start date and beyond to ensure successful, lasting placements Ensure all activity is accurately logged on CRM Negotiate fees and terms with clients as well as negotiating salaries with clients and candidates at offer stage Provide exceptional service and be an advocate for the business Requirements: To be successfully shortlisted for this position, you will have previous recruitment experience, ideally recruiting for temp/contract/freelance positions and you will be able to demonstrate the ability to achieve when working a fast-paced multifaceted desk.
The right attitude and energy are also key – you need to be passionate, a team player, resilient, driven to succeed and reliable.
Additionally, you will have: Previous experience of efficiently managing a busy workload and remaining organised.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – if you don't love talking to and meeting new people, then it might not be the right career path for you.
Resilience, motivation to keep going and remain positive, even on the days where it might feel like everything's not going the way you planned!
