Part-Time Executive Assistant £33,500 Full-Time Equivalent OXFORD This is an excellent opportunity to work for a fantastic and long-standing charity in a varied and challenging role and would be ideal for an experienced Executive Assistant looking for the next step up in their career.
Part-Time Executive Assistant Responsibilities Promoting excellent standards of governance that support strategic decision-making Developing and implementing governance policies and procedures and identifying and advising on governance issues as required Developing and managing support systems for the Council of Trustees Ensuring good quality information flows between the Council of Trustees, Senior Leadership Team, and wider charity Setting up Council and Trustee Committee Meetings Providing administrative support to the Council and Trustee Committees including the preparation, coordination, and circulation of meeting papers Acting as a point of contact for the Council of Trustees Ensuring that a formal schedule of matters for Trustee decisions is maintained Part-Time Executive Assistant Rewards This is a diverse and friendly team with excellent benefits including 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, life assurance, access to Employee Assistance Programme, free onsite parking.

Part-Time Executive Assistant Experience Essentials The ideal candidate for this role should have previous experience supporting charity trustee boards and a strong understanding of charity governance and best practices.
They should demonstrate a genuine affinity with the mission and objectives of the charity and possess the ability to manage critical relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Discretion and confidentiality are essential, along with excellent administrative skills, the ability to prioritise tasks, and manage multiple deadlines.
A proactive, self-motivated team player is required, who can confidently take the initiative and work independently.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for articulating complex issues clearly.
Additionally, problem-solving abilities, IT literacy, and a full UK driving license are necessary for this position.
Part-Time Executive Assistant Location This is a hybrid role located in West Oxford.
