Clearfield Recruitment have partnered with a leading energy and building management solutions provider, dedicated to helping clients optimize energy usage and enhance operational efficiency.
Specializing in BMS (Building Management Systems) solutions, they provide tailored, innovative services to a wide range of sectors.
We are seeking a skilled Technical Estimator with expertise in Trend or Tridium BMS systems to join their team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for providing accurate project estimates, working closely with clients, project managers, and engineers to ensure the highest level of service.
This role is ideal for someone with prior BMS Estimation experience, or someone with hands-on BMS installation experience who is looking to transition off the tools and into a more office-based role.
Key Responsibilities of this role will include: * Prepare and deliver detailed technical estimates for BMS projects, with a focus on accuracy and attention to client specifications.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals that align with client needs and company capabilities.
* Liaise with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements and site conditions.
* Support clients with technical advice and solutions that fit within their budget and timeline.
* Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and scope requirements.
Essential Requirements of this role are: * Proven experience with Trend or Tridium BMS systems.
* Strong technical background in building management systems, ideally with hands-on experience in installation, programming, or commissioning.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Attention to detail and ability to provide precise project estimations.
* Prior experience in a technical estimating role is beneficial but not required.
* Familiarity with energy management solutions and building automation.
