We are looking for an experienced Estates Supervisor to be part of a multi-skilled team, providing customer service and administrative support to the estates and maintenance team and the wider business supporting your internal customers.
You will reporting to the Head of Estates, Maintenance & Health & Safety leading a small team of coordinators.
This is a hybrid role based 3 days per week in our Support Centre in Belper.

About our schools: To develop and maintain professionally appropriate relationships with all internal stakeholders, and primarily the managers of care services, to ensure the buildings and grounds are maintained according to company policies and the needs of the company's business planTo develop and maintain sufficient and appropriate knowledge of the statutory frameworks which govern the provision of care and education services in the UK, and to provide guidance on their practical application to the directors and managers of EslandTo create, maintain and store appropriate written and electronic records relating to the care of the company's estate required by the statutory frameworks governing care and education services in the UK and according to company policies and procedures.
