Your responsibilities Are you a passionate and driven Environmental Undergraduate eager to make a meaningful impact?
Join our dynamic team in Birmingham on our 48-52 week placement, starting Summer/Sept 2025 and embark on a transformative journey in the energy sector.
As a part of Uniper, a global player in the energy industry, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a sustainable, future-oriented energy landscape.
As an Environmental Undergraduate at Uniper, you'll have the opportunity to: Stay updated on recent developments in UK environmental legislation and assist in summarising and communicating these changes to stakeholders.
Contribute to our carbon accounting process, supporting our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint.
Assist in ensuring compliance with various requirements related to our environmental permits.
Participate in identifying lessons from environmental incidents and assist in conducting internal environmental audits.
Support the environmental management system to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement, enhancing our overall environmental performance.
Support new low carbon projects in their efforts to obtain environmental permits, playing a crucial role in expanding our sustainable energy initiatives.
Assist in the preparation and execution of environmental sustainability reports, helping to showcase our commitment to sustainable practices.
Your profile Enrolment in a physical or environmental science degree program.
