The Outside Organisation, one of the UK's leading entertainment PR agencies, headed by Alan Edwards, is looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant (PA) / PR starter entry level role.

We specialise in media relations, crisis management, red-carpet events, talent management, and more.
Role Overview: As a PA / PR starter, you will work closely with Alan Edwards and the wider team, gaining hands-on experience in one of the most exciting industries in PR.
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone eager to learn the ropes of PR, talent management, and event coordination.
The role is primarily office-based, we offer a degree of flexibility for remote work as and when required.
Key Responsibilities: Diary Management: Managing the complex and busy schedules of the Founder and CEO.
Event Support: Assist in coordinating and attending high-profile events such as red-carpet premieres, music launches, and entertainment parties.
Talent Management Support: Help with managing relationships with top talent, ensuring smooth coordination for interviews, photoshoots, and media appearances.
Office Admin: Handle daily office tasks including answering calls, emails, and general PA duties.
PR Support: Assist in drafting press releases, media outreach, and monitoring press coverage.
On-the-Job Training: You will receive direct mentorship and training from industry professionals.
About You: Highly Organised: You have strong attention to detail and can manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Interest in Entertainment: A passion for the entertainment, music, and media industry.
Adaptable: You can work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with ease and be available when our clients need Proactive: You take initiative and are not afraid to dive into new tasks.
Team Player: You are willing to support the wider team and contribute to the company's success.
Qualifications: Education: A degree in PR, Media, Communications, or related field is a plus but not essential.
Experience: Previous internships or work experience in PR, events, or entertainment will be beneficial but is not required.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms is a must.
