Engineering Project Manager

The RoleAs Engineering Project Manager, you will: Lead and deliver engineering projects from concept through to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and other key stakeholders to ensure projects align with operational needs.Drive improvements in processes, systems, and equipment to support continuous improvement initiatives.Oversee contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.Provide clear project updates, timelines, and risk assessments to key decision-makers.
About YouTo excel in this role, you will need: A strong background in engineering project management within the UK food manufacturing sector.Demonstrable experience in delivering capital and process improvement projects.Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to influence and engage at all levels.A thorough understanding of engineering standards and health and safety regulations.
