Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Structural Project Engineer to join our Lancaster office.
In this role, you will be integral to the planning, analysis, and design of building structures.
You will collaborate with architects, clients, and various professionals to ensure the successful execution of structural engineering solutions.
You will also support our management team in developing new and existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities: Develop skills to meet client needs and business goals.
Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Support Principal Engineers, Associates, and Directors across the group.
Deliver quality outcomes and ensure client satisfaction.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of structural engineering design principles.
Essential Experience Required: Minimum three years of experience in structural design, including steelwork, reinforced concrete, and masonry construction to Euro Code standards.
HNC in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Proficiency in structural analysis software and CAD tools.
Experience with design using Eurocodes and relevant British Standards.
Ability to prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
Strong collaboration skills with architects, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of current building regulations and industry standards.
Ability to monitor construction progress and provide technical support.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Commercial awareness of costing, budgets, and quotations.
Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with construction drawings.
Desirable Experience: Bachelor's or master's degree in civil or Structural Engineering.
Familiarity with STAAD.Pro, SCIA, and Revit.
Project management and leadership skills.
Willingness to work towards or nearing Chartered Status.
