The Role: Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to ensure high performance and job satisfaction. Oversee the performance and utilization of the engineering team, optimizing resources and ensuring efficient operations. Manage parts ordering and returns, ensuring that the team has the necessary materials to complete their tasks effectively. The Candidate: Engineering experience in Chiller, HVAC or similar industry.
