The Role: *Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
*Oversee the performance and utilization of the engineering team, optimizing resources and ensuring efficient operations.
*Manage parts ordering and returns, ensuring that the team has the necessary materials to complete their tasks effectively.
