We are working with a leading US firm who are looking to hire an Employment Associate as part of the ongoing growth of their London team.
The ideal candidate will be 1PQE+ with excellent academics and experience from a top tier practice.
The firm are renowned for their expertise across employment matters within the financial services sector, covering both contentious and non-contentious issues within a multi-jurisdictional context.
The team represents employers in complex disputes and litigation as well as advising on all aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions and restructurings.
The candidate should ideally be qualified in England & Wales however foreign qualified solicitors will be considered on their merits.
Additionally, excellent analytical and communication skills are pivotal and experience within TUPE is also preferable.
