Employment Associate

Position: Employment Associate (3-6 PQE) Location: London Company: My client, a global law firm at the forefront of innovation, is seeking an experienced Employment Associate to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a full range of tribunal litigation covering all aspects of employment law.
Advise senior personnel on employee relations issues.
Draft, review, and advise on HR policies, employment contracts, and directors' service agreements.
Act for high net worth individuals to negotiate service agreements, team moves, or termination arrangements.
Provide counsel on employment law to internationally based clients and coordinate international projects and advice.
Handle High Court proceedings relating to business protection for employers or employees.
Provide corporate support in corporate transactions.
Required Experience: UK qualified solicitors with 3-6 years' PQE.
Strong technical abilities.
Commercial acumen and proven business development skills.
Exemplary communication skills.
Experience in negotiations and transaction management.
Previous responsibility for client files.
