About the role Based in the cost management team, as an employer's agent you will be main duty will be managing the cost of projects, from initial design stage through to delivery and even sometimes the reactive maintenance required once the project is up and running.
The projects will mainly be residential focused with clients including large housing associations and local authorities however there may be some exposure to life sciences and higher education.
Our client needs someone that is happy and willing to take responsibility for the employer's agent function as well as growing it which would lead to team management responsibilities.
