Employee Relations Advisor 12-month FTC London Immediate start Are you ready to step into a fast-paced role where you can make a real impact during an exciting period of transformation?
We're seeking an experienced and adaptable Employee Relations Advisor to join a dynamic and evolving People Ops team, supporting a global restructure and change program.
Your Role: Provide critical HR support during a global transformation, including administrative tasks around change management and TUPE processes.
Manage employee lifecycle administration, queries, and ER matters, working with shared service functions and mailboxes.
Assist with calculations such as length of service and redundancy, while producing accurate letters and handling ad hoc queries.
Support the team in navigating ambiguity while helping to shape efficient processes for a UK Shared Service Centre environment.
What We're Looking For: Experience in HR administration within large, fast-paced environments (shared services experience ideal).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Exposure to change programs, TUPE, or similar HR transformation work.
Proficiency with HR systems, policies, and processes, and a proactive approach to challenges.
