Overview of the role The successful candidate will be a competent and proven EC&I Engineer capable of expertise across the lifecycle of EC&I Systems; checking and facilitating designs supporting calculations and technical documents (inc. plans) with minimal supervision.
They will have the ability to translate a clients requirements into a meaningful engineering and technical solution.
Good communication skills are essential.
Key responsibilities Maintain the engineering quality of the project ensuring compliance with client specifications and engineering standards and local domain policy and procedures.
Be responsible for the technical quality of complex fitforpurpose engineering systems.
Have experience of lifecycle and maturity management.
Generate and update technical documentation to the clients specification.
Maintain compliance with engineering standards and applicable legislation.
Participate in design and system level reviews.
ensure that subsequent design meets the project and client requirements.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of data and information received from clients is upheld.
Desired Qualifications / Prerequisites: Qualified to degree level in an appropriate STEM area.
