About the Role We're seeking a proactive Remote Digital Assistant to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
You'll play a key role in supporting various functions across Phoenix Security, including meeting coordination, marketing tasks, and event management.
Reporting to the Operations Lead, you'll collaborate closely with different teams, helping to streamline activities and keep projects on track.
Your work will directly contribute to our mission by ensuring our internal processes stay sharp and agile.
Key Responsibilities • Coordinate meetings and manage schedules across multiple time zones • Extract key points from transcribed digital conversations and follow up on emails • Proofread documents and marketing content for accuracy and consistency • Organize and maintain marketing schedules , supporting content posting efforts • Build and update mailing lists , ensuring data accuracy and relevancy • Assist in event planning and coordination , both virtual and in-person • Perform various administrative tasks as required to support the team About You • Have worked in a startup in an operation/coordination role or marketing role • Organized and detail-oriented , with excellent time management skills • Strong communication skills , both written and verbal • Experience in administrative support , digital assistance, or a similar role • Comfortable with remote work and able to work independently • Proficient in using scheduling tools , transcription software, and basic digital marketing platforms • Flexible and proactive , ready to adapt to the fast-paced startup environment • Big Plus - Bonus: Based in the UK or able to commute to London as needed ?
