Costs Lawyer

The Role Join a well-established law firm known for providing top-quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals.
As the firm continues to expand, they are looking to appoint a Costs Lawyer to join their team of costs experts.
In this position, you will manage your own caseload while collaborating with a team of Cost Experts.
Your responsibilities will include evaluating and negotiating the settlement of multi-track costs, drafting cost budgets, and pursuing cost recoveries.
The Ideal Candidate Previous experience as a Costs Lawyer with the ability to manage your own caseload.
In-depth knowledge of costs law and the Civil Procedure Rules.
Proven track record of handling high-value costs cases.
Skilled in costs budgeting.
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise tasks, and manage a diverse caseload.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Strong legal and leadership skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
