They are described as thought leaders in the modernisation of energy and advanced technologies, their multidisciplinary industry group is working with clients to develop and harness new sources of power.

The firm has a comprehensive understanding of the commercial, political and technical issues specific to carbon-based fuels (fossil fuels and biobased fuels) and power (whether generated from hydrogen, gas, hydro, coal, nuclear or renewable sources).
They have advised on legal issues in more than 75 countries worldwide, assisting inbound clients on U.S. regulatory requirements as well as on projects in North America, South America, Asia, Africa, Europe and the Middle East.
The firm has strategic plans for growth in London, backed up and financed by the US.
As part of this planned expansion, they are seeking a corporate energy partner, ideally, but not essentially with experience and interest in the renewables sector.
The culture is more akin to a Silver Circle firm than a US firm, especially in terms of expectation, formality etc.
