Position Title: Coordinator Department: Reversioning & Certification Operations Contract duration: 6 months Location: London Hybrid work General Summary This is an exciting opportunity to join great company, supporting the launch of a new streaming platform.
As a Coordinator within EMEA & APAC 's Reversioning & Certification Operations, you will be responsible for providing full administrative and operational support across a range of departmental tasks and functions.
Working closely with the department Director, Senior Managers and Project Supervisor, you will be expected to use your initiative and strong communication skills to accurately track and document data relating to all content brands across the company's portfolio.
This is a fantastic role for a candidate with a passion for content, a good understanding of Post-production workflows and some experience of working in a Broadcast environment.
It is a great opportunity for a driven candidate to expand their skills into editorial work, compliance reviews and increase their knowledge of broadcast.
Key Responsibilities: Support Programme certification data entry into Scheduling systems Track multiple assets across Series and Films, covering all of the company's brands Liaise with colleagues for relevant certification information Cross reference data between different tracking systems Catalogue available video files and make them available to Producers Respond to project queries and liaise with internal Stakeholders Assist in the allocation of content to be reviewed Provide and support appropriate content and metrics reporting, ensuring all information is clear, accurate and up to date Ad hoc tasks as required Requirements: At least a year of experience as a Coordinator, Runner or Production assistant in a fast-moving post-production environment.
Knowledge and / or strong understanding of production, post-production workflows, jargons and deliverables Excellent organisational skills and a solutions focused approach Highly computer literate ie specifically knowledge of all Microsoft tools, including Sharepoint, One Drive, Powerpoint, Excel A motivated team player with a keen attention to detail and the ability to communicate efficiently with colleagues .
Ability to work within a team in a collaborative and supportive manner, but also take initiative and be a self-starter A passion for content and knowledge Excellent written and verbal communications skills as well as attention to detail Degree level – preferable
