We seek a dedicated and proactive Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy team.
Key Responsibilities: Assist solicitors with residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.
Prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts, transfers, and mortgage deeds.
Conduct searches, review title documents, and manage pre-completion and post-completion procedures.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
Maintain and update case files, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and handling client inquiries.
Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or in a similar role within a law firm.
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial conveyancing processes.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and review.
Proficient in using legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
