Currently turnover is at £70m and you would be instrumental in growing this.
Particularly with a focus on the new-build education element.
The Role As a Contracts Manager focused on school construction, your role is integral in collaborating with the Department for Education (DfE) to bring educational projects to fruition.
You act as the liaison between the construction company and the DfE, taking charge of the entire project lifecycle.
Your tasks range from negotiating contracts and planning the project to managing budgets, assessing risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Your adept coordination with stakeholders guarantees that school construction projects are timely, cost-effective, and aligned with the DfE's safety and functionality standards.
