Contentious Competition & Group Actions Lawyer

Our client, a leading international firm in London, is looking for an Associate with a minimum of 2 years' Competition and Group Actions experience (claimant and/or defendant side) to join, who enjoys leading on cases and driving forwards business development ideas.The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the areas set out below:Cartel and abuse of dominance claims (Chapter I and Chapter II);Providing pre-action advice and support to clients in relation to potential competition claims;Preferably some broader commercial litigation experience;Preferably some experience of the new opt-out regime in the Competition Appeal Tribunal.In addition, the ideal candidate will be interested in Competition, Consumer Protection, Securities and Broader ESG focused actions.
