What you'll doMaintaining and developing a commitments compliance programme: ensure the commitments compliance programme addresses key competition law risks and assist with preparing action/work plans to implement each element of the programme.Monitoring and reviewing – manage the reporting obligations (both internal and external) to ensure compliance with commitments.
Liaise with colleagues in the UK and Group functions to ensure that there is a consistent and co-ordinated approach to implementing the commitments and assessing compliance.Review and advise on information exchange and compliant submission of reports prepared by/with relevant stakeholders.Training and awareness – where necessary ( if new joiners), deliver training awareness programmes to employees around the compliance commitments.Who you areStrong IT and data presentation skills: including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Technical knowledge: familiarity with competition law preferred although not essential, including merger control or antitrust remedies, and compliance best practices.
Understanding of managing governance and control systems.Communication: Strong interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience of managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders, meet deadlines and work under pressure.Educated to degree level, preferably law.Experience in Competition law (desirable) or in a relevant area of compliance (first or second line).
