Compensation, Benefits And Payroll Manager

Role Summary Due to exciting growth plans, we are looking to hire an experienced Compensation, Benefits and Payroll Manager to join our dynamic HR team.
This individual will be responsible for overseeing the administration and strategic development of compensation and benefits programs, payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with relevant local and international regulations.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with strategic thinking and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Compensation Management: Design and Implement Compensation Programs: Lead the development and implementation of competitive salary structures, incentive plans, and bonus schemes aligned with industry standards and business objectives.
Market Research: Conduct regular benchmarking exercises to ensure compensation packages are competitive and equitable across different regions.
Salary Reviews: Oversee annual salary reviews ensuring fairness and consistency in pay decisions.
Pay Equity Analysis: Analyse pay equity and make recommendations to address disparities in compensation across teams and roles.

Benefits Management: Benefits Strategy: Develop and manage employee benefits programs (health, dental, life insurance etc.)
that are cost-effective, comprehensive, and competitive within the market.
Program Administration: Oversee the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including enrolments, changes, and claims management.
Wellness Initiatives: Support and implement employee wellness initiatives and programs, ensuring they meet employee needs and regulatory requirements.

Payroll Management: Payroll Processing: Oversee the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees across various locations.
Global Payroll Coordination: If applicable, manage relationships with third-party payroll providers for international locations, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with local payroll regulations.

HRIS Management and Data Analytics: HR Systems Management: Leverage HRIS systems for payroll and compensation data management.
Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports on compensation and benefits costs, employee participation in benefits programs, and other key performance indicators.
Data Security and Confidentiality: Ensure that sensitive compensation, benefits, and payroll information is securely managed and compliant with data protection regulations.

Cross-functional Collaboration and Advisory: Collaborate with Business Leaders: Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, and other departments to align compensation, benefits, and payroll strategies with organisational goals.
Employee Communication: Educate and inform employees about the company's compensation and benefits offerings, changes to policies, and relevant financial planning resources.
Query Management: Address employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and payroll, ensuring a high level of customer service and resolution.

Compliance and Legal Requirements: Legislation Monitoring: Stay updated on changes to employment laws and tax laws to ensure ongoing compliance.
Audit and Documentation: Prepare for and support internal and external audits related to compensation, benefits, and payroll.
Essential Skills/Experience: Extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and payroll management, ideally within a large, multinational organisation.
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g.
BambooHR) and payroll software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse compensation data and trends.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data clearly to both senior leadership and employees.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of employment laws and tax regulations in relevant jurisdictions.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to align compensation and benefits strategy with business objectives.
Team Player: Collaborative and able to work across functions to achieve shared goals.
Desirable: Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
A professional certification (e.g.
Certified Compensation Professional [CCP], Certified Payroll Professional [CPP], or similar) is a plus.
