You will work closely with our Adult Specialist CareDivision leadership team comprising the Service Director, and AssociateDirector of Nursing to lead and uphold high standards of care and governance.As theRegistered Manager, you will be legally responsible for ensuring compliancewith the Health and Social Care Act and Care Quality Commission (CQC)regulations.
Your role will be crucial in driving service excellence, fosteringa culture of continuous improvement, and maintaining high governance standardsto achieve outstanding CQC ratings.About theServicesWinslow: Located in Bestwood village,Nottinghamshire, Winslow is a non-hospital residential service with sixself-contained apartments.
Each resident is supported to develop independentliving skills while engaging with the local community.Broom: Situated in Stonebroom,Derbyshire, Broom Cottage provides personal care and support for up to fiveadults with learning disabilities or autism, including those with sensorydisabilities, epilepsy, and behaviours that challenge.
Residents receivecomprehensive support with all aspects of daily living.
Main duties of the job Key Responsibilities: Lead and coach teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and governance standards.
Promote a positive, engaging, and service-user-focused culture across all services.
Ensure effective, consistent, and efficient care delivery, driving service improvements and maintaining high governance standards.
Manage referrals, admissions, and discharge plans to ensure smooth transitions for service users.
Oversee resource and workforce planning, maintaining safe staffing levels and ensuring compliance with CQC staffing standards.
Manage resources within budget, meeting financial targets and key performance indicators.
About You: We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong track record in managing services regulated by CQC and driving high-quality governance standards.
You will be passionate about delivering excellent person-centred care and committed to achieving a CQC rating of Good or above.You will have significant experience in inspiring, empowering, and developing both clinical and non-clinical teams.
Ideally, you will have experience working within Learning Disability services and the drive to further develop our services in this area.
You will thrive in a role that challenges you to lead change, maintain regulatory compliance, and deliver outstanding care.
