This Legal 500 law firm in Central London, which is well known for its commercial property work, is seeking an experienced commercial property solicitor to be a part of its highly regarded team.

About the role: You will be part of a team dealing with a wide range of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant work, acquisitions, disposals, property finance, and the property aspects of corporate transactions.
Working closely with an array of prestigious clients across various sectors such as office, leisure, high-end retail, and hospitality.
About you: Commercial Property Solicitor 6+ PQE.
Comfortable managing your own caseload.
Proficient in landlord and tenant work, including negotiating new leases, assignments, renewals, alterations, and variations.
Sound knowledge of commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
Previous experience at a City or West End firm or a leading regional practice preferred.
Property finance experience is advantageous but not essential.
Confident in marketing and business development with a proven track record in winning clients and building strong relationships.
