Opportunity to join commercial real estate team supporting two partners within a large full-service commercial law firm with a focus on commercial property/real estate finance.

The Role Candidates will need to be commercially aware and have experience in commercial property/real estate finance matters.
The role includes (among other matters): Managing a variety of commercial property & real estate finance transactions/matters; Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related documentation; Acting for borrowers, lenders, landlords, and tenants.
The role will be based in Hertfordshire and/or Central London (the City) with the opportunity for hybrid working.
