They now wish to add to their already successful Commercial Property Team with the appointment of a Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE.
Ideally, you should be confident in delivering a good service within a very fast-paced team and hit the ground running to take on a wide variety of Real Estate transactions including, but not limited to: Freehold and leasehold acquisition and disposal Lease renewal and rent review Site assembly for developers Advice to landlords and tenants Option, pre-emption, and overage agreements Property financing Advice upon retail, office, and industrial development Joint venture projects Career development is excellent and is clearly set out for fast progression.
