Job Description Generalist Commercial Legal Counsel role within a world leading student accommodation and real estate investment group.
Based in London, the role has a reach with properties and sites all over the country.
They are looking for a dynamic and commercially astute person to slot into their small and friendly legal team.
You will have the opportunity to work across a number of different departments and with a number of different senior stakeholders as a valued business partner for a fast-paced and exciting company with great exposure to a wide range of legal and general commercial aspects.
You will be expected to lead your own workload and be a solution-driven member of the team.
The work is diverse and there is a level of autonomy expected from a role that will allow the successful candidate to develop and grow within the framework of the group.
There will, of course, be support at every stage, and the flat nature of the team means that there is great experience from the leadership team on hand at all times.
Responsibilities: Good general commercial experience, including data protection within the in-house environment Strong legal drafting skills and experience within the commercial environment Autonomous business partner working with IT, People, and Procurement departments Commercially minded with an analytical, process-driven attitude and the ability to assess risk and escalate accordingly Self-motivated and undaunted by fast-paced, dynamic environments Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Qualified to practice law in England and Wales with 4 years PQE Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Proactive and organised individual Work autonomously and independently Happy to collaborate and work in a close-knit team If you would like to find out more about this exciting opportunity, please send your CV and details to Dominic at ******.
