Job Title: CBT Therapist – Isle of Man (Flights Provided) Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Band 7 CBT Therapist to work on-site in the Isle of Man.
This role includes flights to and from the Isle of Man, with accommodation provided for the contract's duration, allowing candidates from anywhere in England to apply.
Key Responsibilities Provide specialised cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to clients with complex mental health needs, working within government healthcare guidelines.
Develop and implement treatment plans, maintaining accurate records and monitoring patient progress throughout therapy.
Engage as part of a dedicated mental health team, collaborating with multi-disciplinary professionals.
