London Local Authority Locum 3 month rolling contract Full-time Hybrid Sellick Partnership is pleased to be working with a reputable local authority in London to find a Civil Litigation and Prosecutions Lawyer to join their team on a locum basis.
The Civil Litigation and Prosecutions role will last for a minimum of 3 months, but it is highly likely to be extended on a long-term rolling basis.
The council is seeking someone who can work on a remote basis but attend court when required.
The Civil Litigation and Prosecutions Lawyer will be expected to have previous experience working for a local authority and will be required to handle a varied caseload of litigation matters including: Possession Anti-social Behaviour Injunctions Disrepair Trading standards Environmental protection Food and Safety Planning Education Selling points: Good variety of work Flexible working arrangement Likely long-term contract Competitive rate of pay The successful candidate will be joining a well-established team, who have a reputation for producing high-quality work and providing a high level of support to their locums.
