The Jet Miners Inn 61 High St, Great Broughton, Middlesbrough TS9 7EF, UK Job Position: Chef De Partie (Full Time Position) We are looking for a Chef de Partie to work with our Head Chef in our busy restaurant/pub in North Yorkshire, UK.
Job Details: Job Type: Full-time.
5 days work, 2 days off.
Work Remotely: No Requirements:  Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and have attention to detail.  You will be working alongside our head chef and the rest of the kitchen team.
We only use fresh ingredients and everything is homemade on-premises.  Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your section.
Managing and training Commis chefs.
Helping Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new menus and dishes.
Ensuring that high standards of food hygiene are maintained.
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
