Applicants without QTS will not be considered.The successful Art Teacher will be a dynamic classroom practitioner with the ability to teach Art to GCSE level, able to self motivate as well as drive students to achieve above minimum targets.You will need to make lessons challenging and enjoyable, maximising students' potential for learning.
Having high expectations of you, your colleagues and pupils is a necessity to ensure consistency is maintained throughout the school.
