Chef All Levels

We are looking for Chefs at all levels – CDPs, Sous Chefs, Head Chefs We work with many prestigious sites across Central London and surrounding areas, ongoing temporary assignments for the right Chefs looking for flexibility.
You will have: Current / previous experience as a Chef, running a section in a busy kitchen Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A willingness to work in a supportive, structured environment Ability to work on their own, initiative calmly when under pressure Full chef whites uniform, safety shoes, own knives If you hold an Enhanced DBS this will open more locations that we can discuss Main Responsibilities: Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stationsFollow the guidance of the head chef or sous chef and have input in new ways of presentation or dishesPut effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and qualityEnforce strict health and hygiene standardsHelp to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation.
Package: Hourly Rate from £16 per hour up to £26 per hour, depending on role, client and experience and payment method.
